Dictate your emails. All of them.

Click into the reply box, tap Ctrl + Space, and say it. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, your work webmail. Anywhere you'd have typed.

30 free minutes. No credit card required. Mac and Windows.

An email in the time it takes to say it

Most people talk at 120 to 150 words a minute and type at about 40. A three-paragraph reply you'd spend ten minutes hunting and pecking is said in two. JustSpeak records while you talk, then types the whole thing where your cursor was, with capitals and punctuation in place.

Sounds like you, reads like an email

Works with the mail app you already use

JustSpeak doesn't plug into Gmail or Outlook. It types wherever the cursor is, so it works in every mail app, every webmail, every browser, with nothing to connect and nothing that breaks when they redesign.

How it works

  1. Click where you want to write. An email, a document, a chat box, a form.
  2. Tap Ctrl + Space and talk the way you'd talk to a person.
  3. Tap it again. Your words appear where the cursor was, punctuation and all.

That's the whole app. The shortcut is yours to change, and you can hold it down instead of tapping if you prefer push-to-talk.

What it costs

Start with 30 free minutes, no card. After that it's $8 a month, $59 a year, or $99 once for life. Every paid plan is unlimited dictation on your own computers. If a disability or painful hands make typing hard, email support@justspeak.live and we'll take 20% off any plan.

Questions

Does it work in Gmail in the browser?
Yes. Click into the message body, dictate, and the text appears there. Same for Outlook on the web, Yahoo, Proton, and your company's webmail.
Can I dictate a long email?
Up to ten minutes in one go, which is a very long email. You'll get a quiet warning at nine minutes.
Can I fix a mistake?
Edit it like any text. JustSpeak types plain text into the email, so what you see is just an email draft.
Does it need the internet?
Yes. Your recording goes to our speech partner, comes back as text, and isn't kept. There's no offline mode.
Is my audio stored?
No. Recordings are turned into text and then dropped. Keeping a history of your transcripts is optional and off by default.
How long can I talk in one go?
Up to ten minutes. At nine minutes a small notice warns you, and at ten JustSpeak types what you've said so far.
